Sun Palace Casino is part of the Main Street Vegas Group of casinos, according to review site Casino.Guru, which reports that it does not hold a licence from any gambling regulator. We could not find the brand on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s public registers. In August 2025 the Michigan Gaming Control Board sent Sun Palace Casino a cease-and-desist letter for offering casino games in the state without a licence.
Its published terms require the legal gambling age, with a minimum of 18, and compliance with location restrictions.

One of the worst casinos I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service and took two weeks for my documents to be verified. Then took 3 weeks to receive my withdrawal. Don’t understand how a deposit takes less than a min yet took a month to pay me.
Randomly went back now today and I know I had claimed my welcome bonus a year or so ago. I was able to claim a second time today, which shouldn’t be possible. In total there were three of their casinos that I was able to do this at. Not sure if a deposit would be required to withdraw you’re welcome bonus winnings, but I probably would have never been rejected until I made my verification deposit. Consistently I see casinos make a mistake that cause their customers money and in the long run they don’t even pay for their own mistakes —YOU DO—
Kept having me resubmit the same things to verify my withdrawal and then when it finally went through I never received anything. Customer support then said after it had been approved that I wasn’t eligible for my withdrawal because of a previous bonus
Final update from my side as a player from Bulgaria:
My complaint regarding Sun Palace Casino remained unresolved. The core issue was that the casino allowed the bonus process, gameplay, wagering completion, and account verification to proceed normally, but the withdrawal was later refused based on bonus/eligibility terms.
From my perspective, the main concern is not only the final decision itself, but the timing of enforcement. If a player is not eligible for a bonus, this should be clearly blocked or prevented before the player deposits, plays, completes wagering, and passes verification — not only raised at the withdrawal stage.
Casino Guru reviewed the complaint, but the case remained unresolved. They also publicly confirmed that Sun Palace Casino has a No Reaction Policy on their website and did not cooperate with their Complaint Resolution Center, which made mediation extremely difficult.
I also contacted Sun Palace Casino directly to ask for a valid additional complaint/escalation path, but no clear resolution or valid alternative path has been provided to me so far.
A further concern is that, after support confirmed my account is currently not eligible for any promotions, the system still sent me a “Coupon Redeemed” email for a deposit bonus, stating that bonus money would be credited once a deposit is completed.
In addition, Sun Palace is displayed here on LCB as accepting players from Bulgaria, while no-deposit/sign-up bonus offers are also shown on the casino page. From a player’s perspective, this creates a serious inconsistency if Bulgarian players or specific accounts may later be considered ineligible under the casino’s own bonus terms.
I am not asking other players to take my side blindly. I am simply documenting how the situation looks from my perspective, based on the sequence of events, the responses received, and the promotional information shown publicly.
If you used a card, contact your bank and file a dispute. Sounds like you were being extremely level-headed and kind during the entire process which usually does get you further with customer support. They robbed you, you do have the right to be mad.
